P.M.Binder (Equivalent to PBA binder)
P.M. Binder is specially developed for textile systems and solvent based emulsion systems which imparts good handle and excellent fastness properties. It acts as a cross linking agent on polymerization and binds the pigment and the fibre effectively

RC 18
RC 18 is a specially developed product which reduces the consumption of Hydrogen Peroxide by controlling the decay of Hydrogen peroxide in the bleaching bath.
Features:
• Gives excellent stability of peroxide bleach liquers even in the presence of high levels of metal impurities.
• Reduces loss in yarn strength which may occur in bleaching.
• It can reduce hydrogen peroxide consumption up to 25%
• Produces excellent whiteness.
• Prevents pin holing caused by rapid localized degradation of cotton in the regions of deposited copper impurities.
• Sodium silicate can be partially or totally be replaced.

RC 19
RC 19 is a novel single bath scouring and bleaching agent for 100% cotton and polyester/cotton blended fabrics. This product dissolves and removes the natural and added impurities from fabrics such as oils, fats and waxes by solubilising and emulsifying them in a very short period. It has excellent emulsifying properties and helps in removing of oil stains formed during spinning and weaving. This product can be safely used in a single bath with hydrogen peroxide to obtain complete bleaching including de-sizing and scouring by an open boiling treatment.
Features:
• Excellent cleaning agent
• Alkali sensitive goods like cotton/Viscose or Polyester/Viscose which are susceptible to alkali are bleached perfectly without any undo loss of weight during bleaching.
• Minimum loss in weight of material about 3% to 4% as compared to usual process of about 7% to 8%.
• All the stains such as oil stains, grease stains, mud stains etc are removed during bleaching.
• One boiling operation is saved completely for full bleached and printed qualities. Also only open boil operation instead of pressure boil in Kier. So steam saving is about 60%-65% in Kier bleaching and 40%-45% scouring in J box.
• Water, electricity and man power are also saved to the extend of 40%-50% in this process.
• This bleaching process is higher by about 25%-30% but the total cost is much lower then the usual process that is cost saving about 37% in Kier process and 22% in J box process.
• No special equipment is necessary in this process but the existing machinery could be utilized for doubling the production. The depreciation, interest and maintenance costs are reduced to 50% in this process.

RC 20
RC 20 is unique chemical which is specially developed for dyeing of polyester and polyester blend fabrics. It is based on a intimate blend of esters and emulsifiers to which scouring , leveling, dispersing and lubricating agents have been added.
Properties
Appearance : Amber coloured liquid
Odour : Not unpleasant on dilution.
pH : Slightly acidic to neutral on dilution.
Ionogenecity : Non-ionic
Preparation : Easily extended in water at any temperature.
Compatibility : Compatible with nonionic, Cationic and anionic dyestuffs and Auxiliaries. Stable to acid and alkali conditions normally used in dyeing.
Application
RC 20 is applicable to both flooded and partially flooded systems and is highly effective at liquor ratios 4:1 upwards. RC20 shows low foaming characteristics and is suitable in high performance pump flow systems.RC20 requires no other addition to the dye system apart from a pH control agent. Application is in the level of 1g/litre according to the shade depth.

RC 37
An Amino based softener which imparts a unique soft, silky handle to all fibres and which is unobtainable by conventional softeners including silicon emulsions.
Features
• Stability to freezing and heating – The product is an emulsion and should be protected from freezing and heat, as it may be damaged irreversibly.
• Imparts softness which is unobtainable by the use of conventional products,with excellent durability to washing and dry cleaning.
• Imparts water repellency to treated fabrics.
• Improves antipilling and antistatic properties of textile.

Appearance : White emulsion
Solubility : Dilutes easily in water
PH (2%) : Slightly acidic
Ionogenecity : Non-ionic
Application
This product imparts a soft, non-greasy handle, very much reminiscent of natural silk . The degree of softness is far superior to that obtained with conventional softeners.
Application baths have optimum stability when pH is slightly on the acidic side.
RC-37 should applied by pad since it is nonionic, although application from very short liquor ratios may give adequate results.
1%-3% of RC-37 on weight of goods should normally be sufficient to obtain a soft silky handle. It is particularly effective in cotton , polyester/cotton and polyester fibres in comparison with conventional softeners.
Application of RC-37 will impart hydrophobic properties to fibres and the softeners is not recommended where a water absorbent final effect is required.
